Hi, I’m Chelsea, owner & maker behind Wild Forty Nine. (Formerly Greatland Clay Designs)

I take all my adventures + favorite parts of Alaska, and turn it into wearable art. My family and I enjoy being outside and traveling around Alaska. Our hearts love being by the water and near the mountains. You’ll see a lot of fish and florals throughout my designs. Alaska makes it real easy to create such beautiful pieces that are unique. The possibilities are truly endless. 

When I am able to carve out time, I pour all my ideas into polymer clay. Everything is made to order, ensuring each pair has a home. 

One of my biggest joys in life is helping others feel confident. The fun & funky styles I create are sure to spark conversation. Your halibuts represent a catch you had out on the ocean. Florals to remind you of the wild flowers that line our roadways and mountainsides.
