Our jewelry is made with polymer clay and surgical steel grade hardware. Gold pieces are 18k gold plated. If you are sensitive to metals, please reach out. To ensure minimal to no reaction - we recommend thoroughly cleaning your posts after each use and storing in a cool, dry place. To avoid tarnishing, store in separate slots so metals don’t mix/ touch.

Majority of our jewelry is made to order. To ensure the best quality, we ask for 1-2 weeks processing time before shipment.
Once your order has shipped and has not been delivered please file a claim with USPS. If your order has been completely lost, 45% off your original order can be redeemed within 7 business days. We understands things happen and we want you to have your jewelry.
Returns:
Due to sanitary procedures, returns are not accepted. If your jewelry is damaged, please reach out and we can coordinate repairs.
